COCKTAIL CHICKEN WINGS 
16 chicken wings
2/3 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. sherry
1/4 c. green onions, diced

Remove tips from chicken wings and reserve for making soups. Cut the wings in 2 pieces at the joint. Place the remaining ingredients in a shallow baking dish or skillet. Stir until sugar and salt have dissolved. Add the chicken pieces and simmer 45 minutes or until done. Turn piece occasionally while cooking. Serves 8.
