CHICKEN COCKTAIL SALAD 
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. curry powder
1 can (1 lb. 14 oz.) fruit cocktail chilled and drained
1 tbsp. cream or milk
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 whole cooked chicken breasts, diced
1/4 c. slivered toasted almonds

Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, milk, nutmeg, and curry powder. Fold in chicken and chill 30 minutes. Add fruit cocktail and almonds. Serve on lettuce leaves.

Makes 5 servings.
