BRIAN'S DELICIOUS CROCK-POT
CHICKEN
 
Creates mouth watering fall off the bone chicken you and your family will love!!

1 pkg. bone-in chicken breasts
1 pkg. bone-in chicken legs
2 tsp. chicken seasoning
1/2 lb. bacon (8 slices)

SPECIAL SAUCE:

2 (8.5 oz. ea.) cans fruit cocktail (with syrup)
1/2 cup water
1 cup brown sugar

First, pour into Crock-Pot: fruit cocktail, water and brown sugar. Mix well.

Cut legs into thighs/drumsticks and remove skin from chicken, if desired.

Place all thawed chicken (about 8-12 pieces total) in sauce in Crock-Pot. Sprinkle chicken seasoning on top. Place bacon in layers on top! Cover and heat on low for 4 hours, then on high for 2 hours!!

Note: Be careful taking chicken out of Crock-Pot, meat will fall off! Add little bit of salt to your piece and ENJOY!!
