CLAM PIE 
2 cans minced clams
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 sm. green pepper
1 sm. onion
1 tbsp. oregano
1 1/2 tbsp. parsley
1 to 3 cloves garlic
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Parmesan cheese
Paprika

Pour a little juice from clams and save. Mix the rest of the clams with remaining juice and lemon juice in saucepan and simmer 15 minutes. In blender, chop green pepper, parsley, onion, garlic and oregano. Chop coarsely with leftover clam juice. Melt butter and add blender contents and saute. Add the clam mix, bread crumbs and Tabasco sauce. Put in a 9-inch pie pan and top with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
