SALMON LOAF 
1 lb. can salmon
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 eggs
1 c. bread crumbs
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1 c. milk

Remove bones and flake salmon. Pour lemon juice over salmon. Beat eggs. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
