RUM BALLS 
1 box vanilla wafers, crushed
2 c. chopped nuts
4 tbsp. cocoa
Confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. corn syrup
1 stick butter, melted

Combine first 3 ingredients with 1 box confectioners' sugar in large bowl; mix well. Set aside. Mix rum and corn syrup in small bowl. Add butter and rum mixture to crumb mixture; blend well. Roll into small balls. Dust with additional confectioners' sugar. Let dry for several hours. Store in tightly covered container. Flavor improves after several days.
