GRANDMA SHUCK'S TURKEY STUFFING 
2 pkgs. cubed stuffing with herbs
2 cans chicken broth
1/4 c. butter
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. onion, chopped
1 lg. can black olives, drained

Saute celery, onions and mushrooms in butter. Add to bread cubes. Add chicken broth and olives. Mix well. Stuff turkey or bake in casserole, 350 degrees, 30-40 minutes.
