SALMON TERIYAKI 
1 qt. soy sauce
1 lb. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. fresh ginger, chopped
1/2 c. white wine
Toasted sesame seeds
7 (8 oz.) salmon fillets

Combine all ingredients except salmon. Place fillets in a dish and pour marinade over. Marinate for 4-6 hours. Bake 8 minutes at 500 degrees.
