SALMON CASSEROLE 
1 tall can salmon (red salmon isn't salty)
1 bell pepper
1 sm. onion
1 sm. can or 1 c. canned milk, undiluted
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. bacon drippings

Chop pepper and onion; cook in bacon drippings. Add flour and flaked salmon and milk. Cook until thickened. Put in buttered dish, cover with cracker crumbs. Dot with butter and bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes until golden brown.
