CREAMY PUMPKIN PIE 
1 lb. can pumpkin
15 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 c. hot water

Mix all ingredients in order given. Beat until smooth. Pour into pastry lined pie plate. Bake at 375 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
