PUMPKIN PIE 
2 c. pumpkin (canned or fresh)
1 (15 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger

Mix all ingredients and pour into a 9 inch pie shell. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees and reduce heat to 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Pie is done if knife comes out clean when inserted 2 inches from edge.
