GOURMET SAUCE - IN - A - STICK MIX | |
1/2 c. butter 1 1/2 c. non-fat dry milk powder 1/2 c. unsifted flour 2 tbsp. instant chicken bouillon 3/4 tsp. garlic salt Dash of pepper 3-4 tbsp. sherry or water 1/2 tsp. whole thyme 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese Microwave butter in glass bowl 1/2 - 1 minute or until softened. Mix in dry milk, flour, bouillon, garlic salt, thyme, pepper, and cheese. Stir in water until mixture is moistened and can be formed into a ball. Shape dough into 8 inch roll on waxed paper or plastic wrap. Make indentations at 1 inch intervals, dividing roll into eighths. Wrap tightly and store in refrigerator. It can be cut into eighths and wrapped tightly for storage in the freezer. |
