GOURMET SAUCE 
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. chopped turkey or chicken
1/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
2 tsp. lemon juice

In saucepan cook onion in butter until tender. Blend in remaining ingredients. Chicken or turkey may be added. Serve hot over cooked noodles. Makes 1 2/3 cups sauce.
