GARLIC AND TOMATO SALAD | |
6 ripe tomatoes coarsely chopped 3 large cloves garlic minced finely Walnut oil (any plain oil will do, the walnut oil gives it the best taste) Salt Put the chopped tomatoes in a salad bowl, add garlic and salt to taste. Allow to sit for a few minutes so the juices come out of the tomatoes. Add a small amount of oil, toss, and serve. |
