CREAMY CAULIFLOWER AU GRATIN
SOUP
 
1 env. Lipton golden onion soup mix
3 c. water
3 c. med. cauliflower
1 lg. stalk celery, coarsely chopped
1/2 c. half and half
3/4 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 tsp. pepper

In a medium saucepan, thoroughly blend golden onion recipe soup mix with water. Add cauliflower and celery. Bring to a boil, then simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. In food processor or blender, puree hot soup mixture, then return to saucepan. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Makes about 6 servings.
