SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 stick melted butter
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

TOPPING:

3/4 c. crushed cornflakes
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 stick butter

Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Topping: Melt butter and combine with other topping ingredients. Spread over casserole and bake 10 minutes longer.
