RUSSELL'S CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
6 boneless skinless chicken breast 6 slices Swiss cheese 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 box Stove Top stuffing (chicken flavored) 2 cans mixed vegetables, drained salt and pepper to taste Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with pam. Place chicken on bottom of pan, then mixed vegetables, spread the soup over vegetables, then add the cheese. Mix the stuffing as directed on the box and spread over the cheese. Bake in a 400°F oven for 30 minutes. Can substitute pork chops for the chicken, cream of mushroom soup for the chicken soup and pork flavored dressing mix. |
