WHOLE WHEAT ROLLS 
1 1/2 c. warm Milk
1/4 c. Vegetable Oil
1 tsp. Lemon juice
2 tbsp. Sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Baking Soda
2 c. Whole Wheat Flour
1 3/4 c. Bread Flour
2 tsp. Active Yeast

Place ingredients in bread machine. Select the dough cycle. When finished, punch down dough. Separate dough into approximately 20 pieces.

Shape into balls. Let rise one hour.

Bake on greased cookie sheet for 15 minutes at 350°F. Brush with butter, if desired.
