PUMPKIN BREAD | |
4 eggs 2 c. pumpkin 3 c. sugar 1 c. Wesson oil 1 c. raisins 1 c. pecans 1/2 c. water 3 1/2 c. flour 1 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. nutmeg 2 tsp. cinnamon 2 tsp. cloves Mix oil and sugar. Add eggs, beating after each. Add pumpkin and water. Sift flour and other dry ingredients. Add raisins and nuts. Grease 4 (one pound) coffee cans with Wesson oil. Fill each half full with mixture and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
