2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour (whole wheat)
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
4 c. chopped apples

Mix ingredients together in order given. Grease and flour 3 layer pans or 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes. Frost with cream cheese or neufachel frosting.
