1 c. all purpose flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
5 c. chopped, peeled apples
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/4 c. honey
1/2-1 c. chopped nuts

Grease and flour 9"x13" pan or bundt pan. In large mixing bowl blend all ingredients until moistened. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed. Bake t 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until pick when inserted comes out clean. Put a powdered sugar glaze over when cool.
