FRUIT MUFFINS 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 c. favorite fruit yogurt
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs. Beat in yogurt and vanilla until well blended. Stir in flour, salt, and soda until moistened thoroughly. Fill lined muffin pan 3/4 full and bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
