MARINATED CARROTS 
2 lbs. fresh carrots, dried & cooked, don't over cook
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, diced
1 c. tomato soup
1/2 c. Mazola oil
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. white vinegar

Marinate soup, sugar, oil and vinegar. Pour over drained, cooked carrots, onion and pepper. Refrigerate 12 hours before serving.
