1/2 lg. peppermint candy
2 c. heavy cream
1 c. milk

Dissolve candy in milk to top double boiler. Chill, pour into refrigerator tray and freeze until firm. Remove to ice cold bowl and beat quickly; add the cream during this beating process. Return to tray and allow to finish freezing.
