1 c. Creme Fraiche 1 c. broth (bouillon cube) 2 tsp. corn starch 1 c. shredded cheese Black or white pepper Mix Creme Fraiche and broth in a pot. Stir. Add the corn starch. Stir. Bring to a boil. Add the cheese and pepper. Possible ingredients: clams, tuna fish and lemon, shrimps, garlic or smoked ham. |
