PASTA FAGIOLI (BEANS AND
MACARONI)
 
1 can white or red kidney beans
1 sm. can Hunts sauce and 2 cans water
1/2 c. chopped celery and leaves
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. olive oil
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut green beans
6 to 7 basil leaves cut up or 1 tsp. dry
Pinch of oregano
1 c. ditalini macaroni

Saute onion and celery in olive oil until soft. Add all ingredients except macaroni and cook about 15 minutes. Cook macaroni separately, drain and combine with the mixture. Top it off with grated cheese.
