CHICKEN DIVAN 
1-2 bunches broccoli, cooked
1/2 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
2 c. cooked chopped chicken
2 c. cooked rice
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream

Melt butter. Blend in flour. Stir in milk and continue cooking on low until bubbly and slightly thick. Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice. Fold in sour cream and set aside. In 9 x 12 inch baking pan layer broccoli, 1/2 cheese then chicken. Spoon over sauce and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in preheated oven 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
