GARBAGE CAN COOK-OUT 
Potatoes
Rutabagas
Caul iflower
Broccoli
Carrots
Onions
Cabbag e
Corn on cob
Pre-cooked picnic ham
Sausage or bologna

In 20 gallon garbage can place 2 open coffee cans. Place metal grid or wire on top as rack. Fill with water to can top. Stack slowest cooking items from bottom to top. Quarter larger vegetables. Cut ham and sausage, place at top. Husk corn. Put in last 20 minutes of cooking.

Cook over open wood fire on grill. Cook 1 1/2 hours after water boils.

Note: Do not place cans on direct fire, on grills only.
