BREAKFAST "GARBAGE" 
4-5 slices bread
1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Cheddar cheese

Tear up bread slices and place in a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Brown and drain 1 pound bulk sausage and spoon sausage over bread. Sprinkle 1-2 cups Cheddar cheese over sausage.

Beat together eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over mixture in baking dish. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes. Can be prepared the night before, cover and refrigerate, then just bake.

You can also add onion or green pepper to the sausage if you like for a change of flavor.
