CHEESY GARLIC CROUTONS 
1 (8 oz.) loaf French bread, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 300 degrees. Spread cubes in 15x10x1-inch baking pan. In small bowl, combine butter and garlic powder; mix well. Drizzle butter mixture over cubes; toss to coat. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 300 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until dry, crisp and golden brown, stirring occasionally. Store covered in refrigerator. Yield: 5 1/2 cups.
