1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 c. celery, diced
1 (7 oz.) box crouton stuffing
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup

Layer meat and croutons in 9 x 13 inch pan. In pan mix together butter, celery, onion and water. Heat until butter melts. Pour over hamburger and stuffing mix. Blend soups and pour over top of mixture. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Turn off oven and let stand in oven 15 minutes. Serves 8-10.
