CHEESY-RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. rice, cooked
1 pt. sour cream
1 sm. can green chilies (Ortega)
1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
Grated Cheddar cheese

Cook rice and mix with next 3 ingredients. Pour into a small, 7x10 inch, casserole dish that has been sprayed with vegetable spray or oil. top with grated Cheddar cheese and a sprinkle of paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbling.
