6 c. thinly sliced zucchini
2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. grated onion
1 c. sharp American cheese, grated or Parmesan
4 tbsp. snipped parsley
2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. oil
1 clove garlic
8 eggs, beaten

Mix all together. Grease 9 x 13 pan and bake in 350 degree oven until golden brown. Cut in squares. Delicious hot or cold.
