103 RUSSIAN PIE 
2 pie crusts, unbaked
1/4 to 1/2 lb. sliced ham
1/4 to 1/2 c. sauteed mushrooms
6 oz. cream cheese
2 hard-cooked eggs
3/4 c. sauteed cabbage and onions
Basil
Oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Place bottom crust in pie pan. Cover bottom with sliced ham. Layer with cream cheese, sliced hard-cooked eggs, then cover with sauteed cabbage and onions. Season to taste with basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Add a layer of sauteed mushrooms and cover with top crust. Bake at 325 degrees until brown.
