4 eggs
1/2 stick butter
3 1/2 oz. can coconut
1/2 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all together and beat for 3 minutes. Bake in 9 inch pie plate (glass) for 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
