PORCUPINES 
2 lbs. ground chuck
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 lg. onion, chopped and fried
1 egg
2 tsp. salt and 2 tsp. pepper; mix together
2 lg. cans sauerkraut, rinsed, drained and squeezed
2 (1 lb.) cans tomato sauce

Layer in large pot in order on recipe. Add water on top to cover. Cook or bake about 1 1/2 hours.
