BROCCOLI-MUSHROOM CASSEROLE 
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 lg. pkg. frozen broccoli (thawed)
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. (or to taste) shredded Cheddar cheese

Saute mushrooms and drain. Place thawed broccoli and onion in a shallow baking dish, 9 inch square or round. Pour melted butter evenly over mixture. Sprinkle with 1/2 of cheese. Arrange mushrooms on top and add remaining cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6-8.
