HURRY UP HAMBURGER STEW 
1 lg. bag frozen mixed vegetables (2 lbs.) (California style broccoli, cauli- flower, carrots)
1 can mushroom stems and pieces (or fresh ones)
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 c. chopped celery
1 lg. can tomato juice (1 lb. 14 oz.) (or 2 cans tomatoes, 1 lb. size)
1 lb. hamburger (browned and drained)
2 c. cooked macaroni
(Optional - okra, corn or other leftovers)

Cook vegetables according to package directions. Add onion soup mix, mushrooms and celery. Simmer until tender. In separate pan, cook macaroni. Brown hamburger and drain off fat. Add tomato juice, hamburger and macaroni. Simmer until hot.

Even quicker: Brown 1 pound hamburger and drain. Add 2 cans Veg-All, 1 can tomatoes. Simmer until hot.
