HAMBURGER STEW 
1 lb. hamburger meat
2 to 3 potatoes, cut in chunks
1 onion, chopped
1 can tomatoes
2 tbsp. flour
salt
pepper
garlic powder
water

Brown meat and drain. Add potatoes, onions and seasoning. Add tomatoes and water (use your own judgement as to how much water to use). Cover pan and cook until potatoes are tender. Mix flour with water and stir until well blended. Pour mixture into meat mixture. Stir and simmer until flour thickens stew.
