HAMBURGER MEAT PIE | |
1 lb. hamburger 1 can French onion soup 1 can diced potatoes or 2 c. cooked & cubed 1 sm. can sliced carrots or 1 c. cooked carrots Pepper to taste No salt needed 2 tsp. cornstarch 1/2 c. cold water 1 can 10 count flaky biscuits In a large skillet, brown hamburger and soup, potatoes and carrots, liquid in can and all. Simmer together 15 minutes. Thicken mixture with cornstarch and water. Turn mixture into a 9"x13" cake pan and cover top with biscuits. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until biscuits are well browned. Serves 4. |
