1/4 lb. boiled ham 1/4 lb. salami 1/4 lb. mozzarella cheese 1/4 lb. provolone 1/2 lb. loose sausage, cooked 1 loaf bread dough (may use frozen, dough that is thawed) Roll dough into rectangle on a cookie sheet until about 9 x 13 inch. On 1/2 of the dough line up ham, salami and cheeses. Put on cooked sausage. Spread other half of dough with mustard. Roll, beginning with the half that has lunchmeat and cheese on it. Punch to seal. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with oregano. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. May put spaghetti sauce on top when serving. |
