COUNTRY STYLE BAKED BEANS 
Wash and sort beans, remove all pebbles. Pre-cook 2 small bags of white beans with:

1 ham hock
1 onion, finely chopped

Cook 2 to 3 hours, drain excess water off. For every two cups of beans add:

2 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. light molasses
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. mustard

Add the above ingredients to beans and ham hock. Place in crockpot, cook on high for 1 hour, cook on low 9 to 11 hours, stirring occasionally.
