BROWNIE'S BROCCOLI CHEESE ONION
SOUP
 
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. chopped onion
6 c. water
6 chicken bouillon cubes
8 oz. fine egg noodles (4 c.)
2 pkgs. chopped broccoli
6 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Pepper to taste
1 lb. processed American cheese (Velveeta)

Melt butter and saute onion for 3 minutes. Boil water and stir cubes (bouillon) until dissolved. Add noodles and salt. Continue to boil uncovered for 3 minutes. Stir occasionally. Stir in broccoli and garlic. Stir another 4 minutes. Add milk, cheese and pepper, cook until cheese melts, stirring constantly. Makes 4 quarts.
