ORIENTAL BURGERS 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. chopped fresh mushrooms or 1 can mushrooms, drained & chopped
1/2 c. green onions
1/2 c. shredded carrots
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Mix all ingredients. Shape into patties. Grill or cook in preheated non-stick skillet.
