ORIENTAL GARBANZO BURGERS 
1 lb. Falafal
1/4 c. oat bran
1 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. coriander

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Form into 4 patties and cook in non-stick skillet (use non-stick spray) until browned. Serves 4.
