YUM YUM CHICKEN 
2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped parsley
2 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
Chicken pieces
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 lb. butter

Mix together all ingredients except butter and chicken. Melt butter. Dip chicken pieces in butter and then in crumb mixture; coat well. Bake in buttered pan skin side up for 1 hour in 350 degree oven. Do not crowd in pan. For fewer calories, use skinless chicken.
