1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
2 unbeaten egg whites
2 tbsp. light corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine in a double boiler. Beat until well blended. Place over hot water and beat constantly with egg beater. Beat 7 to 8 minutes until mixture triples in volume. (Flo beats a minute longer when taken off heat.)
