QUICK FLUFFY ICING 
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 egg white
1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, cream of tartar and egg white in small bowl. Add boiling water. Beat at highest speed until icing holds a soft peak and is thick enough to spread. Add vanilla. Frosts an 8" layer cake.
