FLUFFY BOILED ICING 
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. water
1 tbsp. light corn syrup
1/8 tsp. salt
2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
Food coloring

Combine first 4 ingredients in a saucepan. When sugar comes to a rolling boil turn burner off and set timer for 5 minutes (keep on burner). After 2 1/2 minutes, beat egg whites, number 10 speed for 2 1/2 minutes. Pour hot syrup SLOWLY over egg whites. Continue beating until mixture is very fluffy. Add vanilla and coloring. Continue beating until desired color.
