BOILED CUSTARD ICE CREAM | |
6 eggs, beaten 1 1/2 to 2 c. sugar Vanilla Pinch of salt 3 qt. milk Mix above and cook in double boiler until thickened. Add vanilla and freeze according to directions for your ice cream freezer. Broken up (crushed) Heath bars are good in this. Fresh soft peaches may be added. Crushed peppermint is good, too. |
